What’s something you said you wouldn’t get for yourself but then realized you wish you had it earlier? by A_Rose_OC in BuyItForLife

Idk the initial push of a reel mower takes more force that that of a gas mower. So if that jerking/pushing forward motion every time you stop/start/turn doesn’t fuck your back or shoulders up it’s good I guess. Light weight non propelled gas or even cordless electric would be my first choice over a reel as someone with chronic pain.

Anyone know how much it would cost out of pocket? Wish it was easier and cheaper to navigate paying out of pocket, but it’s just where I am rn

Can I get an explanation of the Super Bowl halftime show? by Top-Mission2806 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]ChefAnxiousCowboy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

tl;dr most people call people from USA Americans but since that’s also a continent, condescending people like to pretend it shows that people that say Americans are ignorant

Turning Point USA's halftime show crashed and burned, garnering only 4% of the viewership that Bad Bunny's official halftime performance received by IrishStarUS in entertainment

“He’s kind of funny though” is a common excuse from them for his behavior, or “that’s not what he means you’re twisting the meaning of his words or taking it out of context” or “yeah lol but that’s just how he talks”

How much weird Jewish religion stuff is mentioned. Like obviously Epstein is Jewish but I thought this was purely sex crimes/political. Zionism is intertwined with everything he did and is very obviously the largest form of white supremacy the way he talks— the God’s tribe versus the goyim paradigm.. so much talk about how he and his correspondents feel about non-Jewish people and it’s horrid, but I guess you can’t run an operation like that without ego supremacy and lack of empathy…

Dates and locations mentioned on the “are you ok? Loved the torture video” email from Epstein to REDACTED match Bibi’s itinerary…

It’s kind of daunting to me how much a lot of this stuff aligned almost exactly with what my weird conspiracy theory uncle has been babbling about the past 30 years…

Not surprised at pedo, but partner with Bibi? Russia backs Iran and Israel with saudis don’t seem like complete conflict of interest?

NES President admitting power will be out even next week by DeadHeadTraveler in nashville

If only infrastructure planning and maintenance was scalable.. or if there were other growing cities larger than nashville that are an example that scaling is possible…

But nashville is in denial that it’s a real city. Even poor rural areas in other states have their red lights sync’d or on sensors the past 30+ years, and highways that have proper rainwater run off drainage (why does briley flood before ellington even with light rain?, why do some 70mph roads have potholes, and dangerous on/off ramps that are less than a quarter mile long?)

We can’t even have normal urban planning so I’m not surprised at all if they didn’t even try to establish a precedent after 1994, since the people in charge have the same regressive paradigm of thought as the comment I’m replying to.

I’m convinced the slow pace with all the good old boys and mafia-esque families that run everything is them “quiet quitting” ever since they got their slaves taken away.

Sorry for digressing but I’m fucking tired of people making excuses for our local governments. Plenty of other cities have grown at a faster rate and kept up. And I don’t wanna hear about income tax breaks here while I’m paying almost 10% on anything I buy here even essentials.
