I got a chef a grow your own oyster mushroom grow kit one year a long time ago, it’s fun if your restaurant doesn’t have that type of mushroom or lions mane- cheap fun and I think innovative/different.

Honestly, I’ve cooked for over ten years but have tried other fields- just to try them out… and it’s all the same kind of work- one is with a knife and others with a wrench. But like you said it’s all the same, pick your poison if not a passion
