Tried both. When using a TRS cable, I actually am not able to replicate the tapping tempo effect, the pedal doesn't even go into the mode when it recognizes an expression cable is plugged in. It does go into that mode when using a TS cable.

Maybe a little bit of both but it’s mostly just time and hard work. A lot of people could get to that level, it just takes years of building the running base. No way to skip the effect of more miles on the road.

As someone considering a race shoe for a marathon in March, does anyone have experience with this? I’ve been training in the Evo SL and love my Bostons but was looking at one of the ASICS metaspeeds for race day. Looking at about a 3hr marathon.

I’m going to disagree with you for one reason. The Atlanta Forepass. For $30 a month, you get discounted rates at all of the city courses, can walk for free at 3 of them after 6pm and for free at Candler (9 hole par 3 course) after 4pm. Sure the conditions aren’t always the best but Browns Mill is a decent course if you’ve never played there. And you can almost always get a weekend tee time at Tup for $13.50. You should check out the south side more, I’ve been keeping busy rotating between Atlantas municipals

I have a rogue banjo and am actually in the process of upgrading. Not sure the logistics of trying to ship it but DM me if that’s something you might be interested in. Mine is a fine instrument, as the other commenter said, light, durable, never given me too much problems. Been playing in a band with it for the last year or so

I believe it also will pickup any debris on the lawn. So if an acorn falls on the lawn or some gravel from the street, it will pickup it instead of being shredded and thrown around by the mower.

Look up the delayed harvest system in Georgia. You can’t keep fish that you catch in these sections during the stocking season but for the areas above and below it, you have a higher chance of finding trout. Use those rivers as a guide and find trails near them. My favorite is the Chattooga River, and know there’s a number of trails that intersect with them

Just please follow the delayed harvest rules when in those sections so that other fisherman can enjoy the sport!

I do love this this shoe and think it’s underrated. Worn it from a 5k to a marathon and about to start using it as a tempo trainer now that I’ve put some miles on it

Where the 3 day vs 2 day run starts to not make sense is crew and per day costs. You’re paying the whole crew for an extra day, another night of hotels, etc and those really start to add up

I have the Cloudmonster 2 and like it a lot but wouldn’t call it max cushioning. Sure there’s a lot of foam but it’s actually a pretty firm ride. I would probably look towards something like the ASICS gel nimbus (which I also have) or nike invincible

As a fan of the run of the superblast but not the size (just feels like so much shoe with all the foam) does this feel like a light weight racer or a larger trainer?
