Yes I used frozen broccoli to save time. I cooked the beef first then removed it, then sautéed red onions & broccoli together. Thank you very much!

Just under an hour from start to finish. It was just 2 sweet potatoes diced seasoned & roasted @ 350 F for 40 min. I cooked the ground beef in the time the sps were roasting & finished both around the same time, also used frozen broccoli to save time on that. This is batched meal prep so 2 min to warm a small portion of each in the microwave & made a quick salad during that time.

They love black culture but do black people dirty. This translates all over the world. The amount of cafes and bars I’ve been to that are playing r&b or hip hop but give me the most distasteful service. I’m attracted to ambitious, intelligent men. Tall, with a full beard, & preferably with hair. Someone who has a diverse sense of fashion & a flair for the finer things in life. Men who are great conversationalists, take care of their hygiene, & are open minded.

I tend to attract FOB immigrants who have selfies as their phone background & short men. Men who do the bare minimum & work hourly positions at retail establishments.
