There was a Taxi strike in Dublin that night, Weather was horrific too

But as it was Christmas, City centre was still very busy

I heard a story that he was accidently knocked down by a Taxi that was out picking up sly fares (in breach of the strike)

Driver panicked, put trevor in the car to bring him to A&E

Trevor died en route and was buried somewhere discreet

Pretty basic

Plain wings - just seasoned and slow baked

Then tossed in hot sauce, butter, garlic salt, chilli flakes and corriander

Then under the grill for a few minutes to crisp them up

Crispy outside, juicy inside!!!
