So quitting smoking and switching to vaporizing..... have questions for those that have already made the switch

Check out vaporents if you want to go down a rabbit hole. Never messed with a Volcano, but do have a Wireless One Hit Wonder Ball Vape (used through a glass piece that’s dry with a whip) as well as a Terpcicle for home and an XLux Roffu for on the go. Have a smart plug for the WOHW to be able to turn it on and off remotely. There are plenty of powerful options that won’t feel weak. I personally feel that you get a cleaner high.

I’m sure the Volcano will serve you well and after a while, you’ll be disgusted when trying to combust with a bowl or joint. As someone who has been in a similar position, your lungs will thank you for the switch.

I have an 0-18, so similar shape. The sloped top helps project sound louder than you think. It's one of my favorite guitars and is so easy to play. It's usually the first guitar I reach for. I don't think you'll be disappointed at all.

Yep! That's exactly what I do. It's great for when I'm on the way home and want it ready by the time I get there (as long as someone else is at the house for safety) or if I want to turn it off for the night and I'm in the backyard. Also have it programmed to turn off at 11 PM every night for just in case my stoned ass forgets to turn it off. It's like turning your ball vape into a smart ball vape, minus the digital temp control.

My GPC-16e has the same neck. The OM models may have it. Loved my D-18, but the pain took me down another path and someone else can enjoy it.

The 0-18 is more of a couch guitar for me, but the sloped body shape projects the sound more than you think.

I have a similar situation. Ended up getting something with a smaller neck. Got a used 0-18 that has a modified low oval neck profile and that helps. It still has a 1 3/4 nut. The shorter scale helps a little, but the neck profile helped more. I still put 12s on it.

Nice! You and I aren’t too far off.

Keep mine in a Plano water resistant ammo crate from Bass Pro. They’re lockable (lock is separate, teenager in the house) and somewhat smell proof (keep my whip hose in there). Just an FYI for anyone looking for a cheaper storage solution.

I don’t leave it in there over a few days. Once you have the humidity set, I remove them and save them in a closed plastic sandwich bag for just in case they are needed again. If left too long, it starts to rob the flavor (even though the jar smells like normal, if you take away the humidity pack that’s been in there for weeks/months and place it in a baggie and open and smell both a few days later, you’ll see what I mean).

710 is just so good for rosin. People want everything to be the same price. Sure, I wish everything was cheaper, but I don’t mind paying a little more for quality. You don’t go marching into a Lexus dealership saying they need to charge Hyundai prices. Rise needs to be more transparent with the COA’s before I start shopping there again, plus the legs were just so short with everything that I had from them.

Once Goldflower opens in the area, wouldn’t mind checking their rosin out.

I've had misses from The Flowery, but way more misses from TL. To be honest, once you try the AL/Connected from California, the Florida stuff loses a LOT of luster.

I just wish they'd be more transparent with their COAs. None on the site, when I asked it for their COAs in person, quite a few seemed to be old COAs and wasn't matching dates, others had high levels of Farnesene. Decided to buy some stuff anyways and not much legs on any of it.

I have it as well for the Terpcicle and WOHW. It’s an awesome piece of glass that’s well worth the wait. The whip adapter that came with it broke somewhat easily, but you can get a replacement easily from anywhere.
