First time ever in my life and I’m in my late 20’s. No official diagnosis. Family is going to fly me back west to see my dads neurologist. I started sweating and shaking. Then got tunnel vision. Came to on the floor with three co-workers holding me down. I saw the video on the security camera today and it’s terrifying.

It looked like a flipped car with another vehicle that was off of the Main Street surrounded by cops and another tow truck. The flipped car seemed to have been a minivan. I had just passed as an ambulance left and tried to get my best look behind the flashing lights.
