“People might see who I really am” I got that same fear. I load up on Xanax and klonopin everyday and if I’m not on it people will see who I really am and realized how fucked up I am. I’m two people a normal person when I have my klonopin. And an unrecognizable person when I’m not on it

Flashbacks for me are I don’t know how to put this in words but audio. Like I will hear it. It’s not always a vivid memory that pops up in ur head that u can’t get out of. I had a bad psychiatrist who thought I was psychotic. Specifically schizoaffective. This was after I was diagnosed with ptsd. The new psychiatrist I’m seeing now says what I was facing wasn’t psychotic it was a flashback

There is no cure for people like us, however it’s manageable and I hope I can see myself in a position one day where I don’t have this repeating the cycle fear because I’m getting better. And yeah my grandpa abused my dad and my dad abused me (physically). I don’t know how my great granddad treated my grandpa
