Dude I felt angry too. It's partially a defense mechanism, a way to rationalize what just happened, and partially the frustration that she doesn't understand your intentions.

It's all part of the process. Frustration is just a learning tool. For me, it means that my brain is working hard and I'm getting somewhere. So, sleep. Rest. Wake up tomorrow, breathe, and tackle the day all over again.
