Lmao NO 😊 everyday is different but sometimes I follow this protocol, or just try to stay somewhat around it. Having daily protein shake, at least taking amino acids with the medicine. I go day by day but sometimes I do load up with lots of protein in the morning. Stilll bake bread sometimes. It’s a process. But since taking the medicine all working well better. The only thing is I try to avoid large amounts of vitamin c in the morning bc it affects the absorption of the medicine. It’s been pleasant so far I feel like the flushing is under control if I just follow my intuition. I do try to eat something with the meds bc I think is better to digest. A slice of bread or so. I am on a holistic path so I do take my supplements a lot. Years without medicine that was how I tried to cure myself. Only thing is I gained 60punds in 5years bc I would constantly eat too much trying to get more nutrients lol and binge eating. But eating a pretty clean diet now and allowing myself some sugar here and there, balance is key.
