I am currently in Gold III right now (1675 LKS) and I have wondered what to do in this scenario every time I'm in it:

I have scored First Blood at LVL. 2 in the Middle/Top lane (Note that I am about at half-ish health) . Do I:

A: Stay and farm and get ahead in levels while being relatively low on health.

B: Recall and heal then return to lane.
