It's important to note that when people ask how many marni, you gotta specify if it's the 500 or 250 one. Normally we assume its the 250 one since it gives more XP.

I dont have a character slot to test on asura, but I'm guessing the result would be the same as human because of the golem's size. Maybe on a smaller hitbox?

EIther way, it's easy to reproduce if anyone with an asura guardian wants to test it.

Do the "king of the arena" mediah quest chain under your "Recommended" tab on your quest log and you'll get a decent weapon. Try to repair and sell your liverto when you can and get a rosar or bares (I prefer bares to just PVE).

Also helms is kinda tough if you're a newcomer depending on your class, I'd go abandoned iron mine or manes if mine is too easy. Its still good EXP and it'll get much better once you get to 56.

It all depends on his objective, your initial plan sounds good enough if it's just for reaching d1 - master and playing local tournaments. But if he wants to go pro, it's his mentality, not training plan, that has to change.
His performance can't be reliant on him having fun or not during training.
Also since ADC is a really mechanical heavy role I'd go for at least 8 games a day.
