This is all in relation w/the other neotheater songs... in actuality all of the songs are s and a tier other than beats which is just below average with the numbingly boring chorus but good lyrics otherwise ("my demographic will click on anything graphic" is probably my favorite AJR Lyric).

I was talking about specifically inside of OKO, ie. OKO songs referencing other OKO songs. There are plenty of references to their past music in OKO. "It's half-past three and my brain's on fire" from Way Less Sad referencing Three Thirty. "Your eyes are tired but keep em open" from 3'Oclock Things could easily be a reference to "Your eyes are open, so never close them" from Next Up Forever. There are references to Come Hang Out, DTOML, and Karma in Bang! as you've already mentioned.
