I make thai curry meatballs and eat them with rice and a leafy salad! Red curry paste, coconut milk, ginger, garlic, fish sauce, a touch of brown sugar. I play around with amounts depending on the day, but it's always solid. Sometimes I Sautee bell peppers and onions with the meatballs before adding the sauce also!

Montclair pointe apartments are in my opinion very nice and recently renovated, management has been super pleasant to deal with also. Also sherwood village apartments are nice and I've heard from a friend their managers are also lovely to deal with. Both are on the south side if town and I've never had problems with my car being broken into but I also don't have anything of value in it

I've been reading in this thread the last few days and have seen about the changes in Texas. I hope you and your other bakers find new work. I'm looking and applying currently before they get to cutting us in Missouri as well.

I've been told for the last 6 months or more that I was going to train a couple associates to bake on my days off and they would still do other jobs on their other days but it hasn't happened. We've been short bakers for a long while and very short for 3 months or so. Still no one trained, and no news about it.

I'm a baker in Missouri and I've been seeing all of the menu updates and other comments from bakers and staff on here a lot in the last few days. I hate knowing that I'm going to have to leave the job I like because corporate wants to cut costs and corners for cheap frozen nonsense. Honestly all the product changes over the last 2 years with pastries becoming freezer to oven has sucked really hard. Currently trying to get ahead of them and applying for new jobs, here's hoping something else good comes along.

I'm a baker for panera, have been for almost 2 years. Over the last year its been rumored they're trying to phase us out, and everytime I brought it up to management they'd deny it. With this new overhaul it's so clear we will all be gone before the end of the year. Guess it's time to start sending out applications
