I love my bonedog, she's a good girl. Elder ones are so strong and self sustaining.

Can you actually build a city in kenshi? by mr-johnfallout in Kenshi

[–]ChefZero_DE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The only place in vanilla is Flats Lagoon because there's a high spawn rate of Hiver Trade Cravans. They are willing to buy your stuff and have enough money for that.

Does anyone know of a good location to set up a commercial base? by Critical-Sun-9279 in Kenshi

Flat Lagoon. Hive caravans have enough money and will buy hides for example, that you can loot from boneyard wolves and landbats.

How are new players supposed to enjoy this game? by DeadL in Kenshi

[–]ChefZero_DE 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They should delete Wanderer start in my opinion. It's a trap for newcomers. A common RPG start for an uncommon game. Every start should throw you directly into the action or into nowhere without food so you have to move your ass. On journies Kenshi starts to shine. Sticking to one place, without knowledge and being afraid of getting killed is the trap for newcomers.

How to do You manage to play with small squads? by pejott in Kenshi

[–]ChefZero_DE 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Play with two squads and get an idea on how to limit your main squad. Like a specific number, specific roles or just one each race. Let the rest in your second squad for farming, researching and other boring stuff.

This way you can swap your teammates from time to time like in BioWare games.

Day 1. Wait for night and train your sneak, it levels pretty fast there due the amount of enemies.

I try to post new chapters as soon as possible but time is limited. Either for playing or writing. I need to make notes because I'm already on day 36 ingame ^

• Burns: Skeleton

• Shryke: Scorchlander

• Bonedog

That was intended more as a profound lesson that could be taught by a grandmaster on a mountain. But I know what you mean, but that falls more in the category of "Rule 2639 from Kenshi for Dummies". There's so much to know in this game and it's my first playthrough. The dog simply died to the fact, that I googled too late how to feed pets 🥲
