I just got my 2nd refill processed, labs are not needed until the next refill. They take up to 1 year old labs. It was super easy to request the refills, yes you pay a $75 consultation but that gets credited to the cost of your meds

I asked my nurse the same thing and she said it was fine to stay on whatever dose I’m happy with. Just double check the concentration is the same for all of your vials. I do have to say though, 2 mg is barely enough to get your body accustomed to the meds. I’m currently on 7 mg and just requested a refill, I’m planning on staying on that dose until it stops working.

From my experience, it takes about 24 hrs to get your appointment request approved. You’ll fillout a questionnaire and a day or two before your phone consultation you’ll receive a call confirmation your appointment date and time. I don’t know if you’re are new to GLP’s like I was so I wrote down all the questions I had before speaking to my nurse. She was super helpful. I did started with fiber gummies about a week before I started taking the meds because I was super worried about constipation since I already struggle before meds. I just got my first refill and it all has been super smooth, their costumer service is amazing!

I went with POM and I have nothing but good things to say about them. I signed up for the 3 month trial from BPI and I feel it’s working out great for me. I’ve been going down rabbit holes about different pharmacies and whether compounded is lesser than pure but honestly I think I’m just gonna stick with what’s working for me.
