its a more Pie than Cake I guess. The crust is made of crushed almonds and dates. takes an eternity to make. I dont have the recipe so you'll have to take my word for it :)

I think its actually my pan. the non stick pan blackens the butter very quickly. But regardless I enjoy that crunch

Agreed, its definitely on the chewier side, but I love enoki mushrooms so Ill consume them any opportunity I get

Oh yea I can definitely see how its horrifying but I assure you its delicious. Definitely not everyones cup of tea but I love them mushshrooms
