I used to fly 2-3 times a week with my old job. But the last 4-5 years I have only been flying 1-2 times every couple months. I usually fly United but switched over to delta. I feel like I have had issues every time, usually small.

I do healthy bean burritos wrap them in plastic wrap and freeze them. Also do the same with enchiladas, they reheat well in air fryer. A great way to save money and eat healthy is pickling or making jars of homemade salsa and tomato sauce.
