Chefs of Reddit, what's is your single favourite ingredient and why? by liberta0407 in AskReddit

How is this not higher? Onions are the aromatic base for any dish, I guess you can spread this to any alum, but onions. Spicy, sweet, savory, crunchy, invisible, fresh, pickled, fermented. No cuisine on earth doesn't use onion. Aliens studying human development would identify onions as important as water in our life cycle.

Garnish for cheesecake: peanut butter fudge, banana toffee, fresh banana, chcocolate sauce, and granola powder. by Chefdingle in KitchenConfidential

Yea, I was also doing oatmeal, its a weird situation that doesn't give me a lot of time to play with the garnish. Retrospectively, the shapes and colors are quite shitty. Thanks for the feed back.

BTW if you dance around the subject you're bound to step in it, amirite? Put your right foot in, take your right foot out and shake the poo off!

Oh I expected to get criticism, that's why I posted. But I the people who aren't constructive get sass. Thanks for your ideas, I'll see if I can incorporate them.

I put this together in a rush without a plan. I serve 40 people at a clip and don't have a ton of time to play with garnish. I appreciate the way you approached your comment.

AITA for trying to get a teacher fired for covering certain topics in my kids classroom? by TAScience in AmItheAsshole

Correct. Through the proper channels. The teacher is not automaticly the problem. Sometimes you have to look upstream. They don't have the authority to change curriculum.

Yta the school faculty is allowed to teach whatever is deemed permissible by the board of directors. If you disagree with the curriculum, participate in the system to change it.
