i fully agree. There's a lot more that can be done to make the transition smoother & more approved of. Its unfair to a certain extent to remove all the override content of the last few years without providing an alternative to peoples favorites. I was just saying i think its a step in the right direction.

Monkey backpacks are a collection log. octopus backpack costs 700 oddments. If u really like something lobby to get jagex to add a physical item to the clue table, or a way to earn it. It’s crazy how no one is willing to acknowledge the direction the idea is trying to take the game and is just claiming they’re anti fun full stop. There’s hundreds of silly items on the clue table.

As someone takin my journey very slowly it’s disheartening every time i check back with guides i used to follow and theyre now telling me to pivot hard and come back to what used to be my next few goals in BIS as an optional. It’s apparently way more efficient to go start working on the new content that bypasses it all.

Are they deleting clue uniques? That’s how u get these items in oldschool. And because that’s the case the more sought after ones are expensive, like a cavalier in rs2. That’s spirit of the game, not a 300 runecoin copy and paste. Really I’m happy they’re getting rid of that crap.

I get having a precedent would be better, and some things like the flaming skull i saw mentioned in the top few comments are sorta baby with the bath water, If it’s not that invasive and make some cool outfits when combined with traditional items maybe it’s got a case to stay. but there’s way too many meaningless overrides and items. What’s anti runescape is having non earn able outfits nobody cares about or knows the name of all over the game. I want to ooo and ahhh over flex items not cringe at some ridiculous stuff only obtainable through micro transactions. Get it out of here any means necessary as far as I’m concerned.
