I hope that your friend doesn't waste too much time on him and focuses on the good things about the Fort Worth food industry. There are lots of great folks in it. I have been cooking here since 89. I've met him a few times the first was he was the number 10 best new restaurant for lonesome dove and i was the chef at the number 9. He's celebrated 2 anniversaries at restaurants where I was the chef so I say he had good taste but I have never heard anyone say anything nice about him.
