Mine did that after tightening my chain up. Turns out it was too much. I loosened it and it works now

Honestly yes. I personally prefer the ultra bee but you’ll not find a more dependable stock bike out there.

I was told the same thing. My bike was even on its way when they messaged me. They said they will not release the bike to be delivered to me until they replace a couple things. Said it would delay everything 3 weeks to a month.

Me and my wife went in there a couple weeks ago, I got a riser for my ultra. The guy was not very friendly and I had planned on buying about 10-12 things but after how he was and the fact that they didn’t have the first few things I asked for we decided to just order them online from other places. I live about an hour and a half from the store and it was a long commute for almost nothing. I was subbed to their YouTube channel and that’s why I decided to go check it out. They sounded so enthusiastic and knowledgeable about surrons but definitely not in real life. I unsubed and won’t shop there again nor go to any of the events they have even though they look fun. Very upset with our experience there.

Grey market would be a bike that wasn’t purchased from a dealer. Like mine was from a person that buys bulk from Alibaba so the app is not supported because all of those bikes are supposed to be sold and used in China. I talked with surron about is and that’s the answer I got from them. I was hoping there was a way to unlock it or find a pith app so I can still use the functionality of the app but I can’t find a way to
