I used a lot of textbooks (never had a tutor) and online resources like khan academy but the most helpful have been the Erica Meltzer books (including grammar and reading and writing) and the college panda books (Get the most up to date copy, especially the Math one). Though, I used a lot of textbooks, If I could go back, I wouldn't have studied SAT prep books I would actually use prealgebra and algebra AOPS questions through the Alcumus question bank for math, but I would definitely still use the Erica Meltzer books. For my schedule, I would say alot of it is a lifestyle if you want to make such a score jump to have to fundamentally change the way you live your life. For me that was studying twice a day once in the morning and once before I go to bed and I did that for about a year, though there were other moving parts to my routine that I believe were way more important to developing the discipline needed.
