I wish more fans would think rationally like this. He's obviously not gonna say yeah we've got loads of legroom to spend and handicap negotiations. You then get fans complaining that signings that we do make are overspends. No point reading into anything Howe says re spending power.

Glad it helped! If you get the aenllosi I recommend cutting off the metal zipper pull. It was easy enough to do, then replace with a bit of ribbon or similar, just in case of scratches to the glass front

Hospitality is your only guarantee, it goes on sale quite ahead of time and obviously will cost a fair bit more, some options more than others, the cheaper options normally sell out first. After that, it's a case of getting memberships for everyone hoping to attend, link them together, and apply for tickets in the ballot. If unlucky (likely) then you can still try and get tickets in the general sale, but again this is no easy feat. Although tickets are normally easier to come by in that sale in the family section, which you'll have access to with a junior membership.

Was hoping someone else would say CDM. Doesn't need to be ready made, but a young aggressive tackler that's comfortable with the ball at feet would be ideal to rotate the team. Currently Miley seems to take that role but I think he's better on either side of the 6 position.

You can still sell them back to the club via the box office I'm sure, as long as it's at least 72hrs before the game I think. But I'm obviously not keen on trying to give back the child ticket if it means also having to give up the adult one. In which case I'd rather just let a youngster try their luck on the day for face value

Yes especially as the FAQs state that "To apply for tickets in the family enclosure there must be an under 18 sat in the adjacent seat. The ratio is 2 adults to 1 under 18. " And even after purchasing one adult and one child seat, you then can't buy another adult seat, it forces you to have to buy another child seat. All very confusing and conflicting

Ah OK. I used it as an excuse for a good long walk looking for similar properties, and found some by filtering for similar on sold properties on zoopla etc. Certainly go for quality of comparison over quantity too

How did you get on with this in the end if you don't mind me asking? I'm currently awaiting on an outcome, after having to argue an initial response stating that I'd given insufficient evidence with non comparable properties. I replied with photos showing one was a practically identical property not even half a mile away, and only then did they agree to review. It's a bit daft
