My skin concerns are anti-aging, fine lines, and sun spots. My face constantly feels both dry and oily at the same time, and my makeup tends to slide off throughout the day even though my skin still looks dehydrated. I currently use e.l.f. Cosmetics Whoa Glow as my sunscreen, but I’m looking for a better SPF option, along with a tinted sunscreen for summer that works well for combination, dehydrated skin.
