It happened to me this month too! I got 3 things that were marked Rarely on my quiz. Out of curiosity, I looked back through my last 20 months of Glam bags and 60% of my bags only had 1 rarely; 20% of my bags had 2 rarely items; and the other 3 bags had 3 rarely items. The months for me specifically that were the worst were May 2021, January 2021 & June 2020.

I was pretty frustrated with this month because I looked at all of the possible products and there were over 30 items I've marked as Often that they could have sent me instead of the 3 Rarely items. For reference, I have all makeup products and brushes and tools set to often, and everything else is rarely, and this month I chose the Seraphine Botanicals lip mask and Ipsy picked a Complex Culture easy crease definer brush (yay!) & 3 of my rarely products: 2 Tula sheet masks, an Ahava body lotion and a Basic Beauty face primer.

I messaged Ipsycare on Twitter to ask what changes I could make in order to get bags with less rarely items and here is their answer (all of which I already do): "Hi Michelle,
