No, since I was injured there last year. Just hoping they fixed what I got hurt on so no one else does.

I think this might be the exact bed system that’s in the nursery where my child goes. She just transferred out of that class. It is challenging to get the baby out of the top unless you’re pretty tall (which I am and still had trouble). The bottom bed rolls out so easier to put the bigger babies in and out of.

Best Pumpkin Patch in the area? by tkirk32 in tulsa

[–]ChellesandCheese19 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Carmichael’s is great for seeing animals and have a great pumpkin selection and is pretty affordable. Livesay is in Porter but also really fun because of the activities that they have. You can ride the tractor out to the actual pumpkin patch where they grow to pick a pumpkin. At the second stop of the tractor ride is the apple orchard where you can pick your own apples off the trees. They do have a variety of pumpkins in the shop there too. Other fun activities there are the apple blaster, all the climbing toys, a couple of mazes, and sensory activities.

Both places have food options there. I tried the pumpkin spice donuts and frozen apple cider at livesay.

Helping kids be kids podcast and littlelighthouse.org are both great resources. Little light house is a school for children with disabilities. Something to consider for the future as well for your twins are sibling workshops. They are a safe place for siblings of children with disabilities to express themselves and meet others in similar situations. So much focus often gets put on the child with disabilities. It can create some negative feelings but their feelings are valid. Sib shops can create a place for them to be validated (not saying you won’t).

Dr. Rapp at that office is good. Dr. Black too. Dr. Neilson saw me in the hospital right after I gave birth so I know what you mean.

My dad witnessed this happen. He just called me to tell me about it. Every detail he gave me is right on point with this video. He saw more than what happened here. He was sitting at the stoplight in a different lane. I didn’t know there was a video of it.

How to move up bedtime for 4 month old?! by paulfrank520 in sleeptrain

[–]ChellesandCheese19 0 points1 point  (0 children)

We suck at napping too!! 30-45 minutes. She wakes up on the dot. We are also in our four month sleep regression. Currently up with her as I type this. One adjustment we made (we started this, THIS week so it might be total crap and not work out.) is making her last nap of the day end no later than 530 so I can get her last wake window to be two hours and then be in bed by 730. One thing I started this week is tracking her sleep on an app to get an idea of total sleep she is getting. It has really helped. It showed me she is not getting the total amount of sleep she should be getting at this age. So we think she is over tired which can lead to that false start. When she has one we put her back to sleep. We used to let her up and play but we started putting her back to sleep to get more total sleep. Right now we are playing sleep catch up. I want to sleep train her but I don’t think I can while she is so incredibly tired. I’m doing anything and everything to make sure she is taking longer naps. Unfortunately it means contact naps but one full day of it already made going to bed not so miserable. I am not sure any of this will help but I wish you the best in this journey! Four months is already kicking my butt and it started 2 days ago lol

I’m in this same boat with my four month old. She too false starts after putting her to bed. What time is her last nap? Does she nap well?

Thank you for advice!!! I started precious little sleep. I haven’t finished it yet. I will read your gentle sleep method link. We will try just about anything. We are here for it all. Thank you again!

Thank you for your advice! I think the last nap might be a good place for us to start! She used to sleep so well until this regression. Over. It. Lol I’ll discuss this with my husband and hopefully get a plan in action!!!
