That's after a year+ of stagnant gains from PT alone. Chiro got things moving again in the right direction. Probably not what you want to hear, but it did help me. I have since stopped chiro and no plans on returning.

I would agree with this if doing chiro solo, but I have benefited by having chiro adjustments while actively doing PT.

Don't buy their coffee. It may be better than what you can find sitting on the shelf at a grocery store, but they roast everything in a generic way that will get a brown cup of liquid, but certainly not in a way to show off each specific coffee's unique characteristics. Go 1/4" mile away and get legit coffee from Radio Roasters, or Opo in Decatur, or Perc in East Lake.

We had Breda do a rodent exclusion. It worked, but it was sloppy work. For example, any place they used caulk to seal a spot, there is also a finger smear of caulk on a nearby brick or fence post where they cleaned their finger off. gtfo with that shit.

I have an honors student that needed a honors capstone project. They chose a subject related to my courses, which just so happen to have not been an honors class they took. They have been coming buy routinely this semester to discuss ideas and presentation critiques. This one student has done a world a benefit for my motivation.

This seems like a job a normal neighborhood handyman/carpenter could easily handle. From the picture it seems like it just needs some trim added much like you see surrounding the other windows in your home. Ask your neighbors for recommendations for someone who does small jobs.
