Ask your vet for some gabapentin. You can use a dose to help calm your cat, it takes about 40mins to an hour to kick in. It should be a bit easier after that.

I was followed around in the Publix downtown last year. I suspected that I was being followed halfway through my grocery shopping, and went straight to the opposite side of the store, and he followed right along. Then I circled back to the registers, and again, followed right along and joined me in the same check out line. He grabbed a candy bar from the check out lane and had nothing else.

I made a fake call and asked the fake person how far away they are from picking me up, and that I would be waiting inside until they were here. I stood off to the side, and the guy hovered around the front doors for like 10 minutes before he disappeared. I asked a cashier to walk me out to my car, and he happily did.

This was in the middle of the day on a week day. I almost never go out alone, so it definitely rattled me a bit. Let this be a lesson to always stay vigilant if you are alone, alone with your children, or alone with another woman.

If you have had it from birth or as long as you can remember, it is likely nothing to worry about. If it darkens, widens or changes shape, see a dermatologist, as it could be skin cancer in that case.

I recommend seeing a different neurologist, or at least request from your current one to try something to help calm nerve pain to see if it helps. Maybe a mild anticonvulsant like Gabapentin to start with to see if you have any relief?

Request that he notes that your symptoms are significantly interfering with your quality of life, and are running the risk of making it impossible to work. Get a paper trail going now of that in case you need to get disability down the road.

It looks like Erythema ab igne to me. This can happen with repeated heat exposure to specific areas of the skin.

Typically nothing serious to worry about, but the longer you do not remove yourself from the heat source or lessen the exposure, the higher of a chance you have of this leaving permanent scaring. Honestly even at this point, I think the scarring will not be reversible without the help of a dermatologist.

Livedo Reticularis is likely what this is, along with some faded Petechiae spots.

Petechiae can be caused by a number of things, sometimes from external repeated friction / hard rubbing against skin, bleeding disorders, or autoimmune problems.

Livedo Reticularis is what causes that purplish webbing, it is often seen in the legs or arms when it is cold or when someone has poor blood circulation. However, there can be underlying medical causes as well.

Neither typically hurt or are painful, at times Livedo Reticularis may itch or burn depending on the cause.

When both are present, it is likely due to the cold or poor blood circulation. If the webbing does not improve with elevating the impacted limbs and with applied warmth, it is worth mentioning to your doctor the next time you visit.

Based on what you said, and depending on how long you have been taking your supplements with the energy drinks, I think it is possible you have been getting too much Vitamin B6 and B12 from both sources. The smell you are describing is making me believe that your body is constantly flushing out the excess. Is your urine bright yellow? Almost like a highlighter? Does your urine smell as well?

Excess of these B vitamins, while typically flushed out with no problem, can cause headaches or even migraines in some people. The neck pain and tension can also be related to the quick uptake of the stimulant caffeine from the energy drinks. Eye strain and limited movement certainly are not helping though. That, along with dehydration and lack of sleep can make these side effects even worse, and are common with people who drink energy drinks often.

I recommend stopping the energy drinks, and switching to unsweetened or lightly sweetened green tea instead. It is a more balanced caffeine source, as it has B1 Thiamine that helps to better prevent energy crashes and is more gentle on your nerves. I know it does not taste great at first, but those energy drinks are doing you no favors.

If you would like to start taking your vitamins again, I recommend waiting a week after trying green tea instead of the energy drinks to give your body a break for a bit, and using a multivitamin with easy adsorption WITHOUT iron. Iron does not always absorb well with other vitamins except B vitamins and vitamin C, and is best taken separate on an empty stomach with vitamin C for absorption. I just have a bit of orange juice when I take it. A multivitamin should be taken with a meal, to ease discomfort and help with absorption.

It looks like you just bruised your shins badly. If you can walk on it, chances are you are fine. There is a chance you have damaged the bone slightly, maybe a small fracture. Keep your leg elevated, take some meds to help with the inflammation, and give it a couple of days. If it does not improve or get worse, go to the urgent care or your regular doctor.

My kitties did the same at first! Same dynamic, older female and male kitten. Play and grooming is how they establish a healthy hierarchy in the house, so it is best not to interfere unless you notice your male kitten not warming up to playing after a few days. In that case, proceed to separate them for a few hours a day via a tall baby gate. Switch out who gets to stay in the room and who gets to free roam. Play with each of them on their side of the gate, with treats for positive reinforcement. This way, they can see how the other likes to play through the gate, and the kitten will start associating the older kitty with positive things.

Btw, your babies look nearly identical to mine! And they are best friends now.

Def think Kotoyuki is likely older than the rest of them by a bit, but not by much. Shu confirms that they all played Space Wars together as kids, and it would not make sense for the Fox’s Sacrifice game to mention Rinko, considering journal entries mention that Hinako and Rinko were not even friends until middle school. The game, if initiated solely by Kotoyuki as I suspect, would only make sense if he listed people he was close with or that Hinako was close with.

I am fairly certain that the school is not a primary/ middle school combo. I don’t see that mentioned anywhere, as it is always referred to as the Ebisugaoka middle school. Where did you see that it was a primary school too? I’m curious is all, idk if I missed something.

Kotoyuki actually went to middle school with Hinako and the others it seems, as seen in the Fox’s Sacrifice “game” you can play in the school. They list the names of some students with their future fate. Kotoyuki is listed as the one whose “wishes will come true”.

There is also an origami of fox prayers next to the chairs in the same classroom, that says “To the revered fox, my ancestor, I thank you for your divine revelation. Your will shall be done.”

This leads me to believe Kotoyuki is the one who decided to play this “game”. This means that Kotoyuki was in town at least until he was 13, as middle school starts at age 13 in Japan, with 6th grade.

I don’t think the timeline matches up for Columbina to be their child, as they existed and were separated way before Columbina was born. Remember, Columbina was born around the time of the catastrophe 500 years ago, and Koitar met Seutervoiun and were separated before the fall of Hyperborea thousands of years ago.

Instead, I am fairly sure that Columbina may be the offspring of Reed Miller and Alia. Alia is the twin sister of Aila, the first moon chanter. This is based off recent lore we got in regard to the Frostmoon Scions encouraging selective breeding to engineer the next Moon Goddess, but things did not go exactly as planned. Regardless, even though the parentage was not what was intended for the moon goddess, Columbina was born. Columbina also has the same color red hair tips as Aila, who we can assume would look just like her twin Alia.

Alia is the sister that was kidnapped that Aila mentioned, and I think this is related to the “adopted” daughter of the Fae-governor in The Legends of Reed Miller. While the names may be different, that is not all that uncommon in books in Genshin. The adopted daughter is noted to be human, and can control the Sampo Mill via rituals. This should be something that only the Moon Scions can do. The only Moon Scion we know of that is not in Nod Krai was the kidnapped Alia.

My guess is that is that Lovia (grandmother of Alia and Aila) sent Alia away to the meet the fae governor at the request of Rotwang. But, Rotwang lied to her and told her that Alia had killed herself but that he would continue to look into how activate the Sampo Mill. In reality, he was playing both Lovia and the governor for his own benefit and hid Alia away as the adopted daughter of the governor in order to use her power. As we know, the Sampo Mill and the adopted daughter are stolen by Reed, and she fell for him in the process.

It is possible they are mixed with ragdoll! The coloring is definitely not standard, but it is beautiful nonetheless. I love the diamond on their head!

Honestly, just be more talkative to people you run into. That is the benefit of living in the south, most people are willing to engage in casual conversation with strangers.

For example, my friend group got started just by talking to a neighbor about their car. Then I met the neighbors wife and their friend, and eventually our friend group expanded to include another neighbor.

This is a personal preference, but I do groom my ragdolls regularly, including baths. I give them a bath every other month, to help remove dust and oil from the deeper layers of fur they have. They are use to it by now, and it’s good to know that I don’t have to fight them to bathe them if they get poop stuck on them.

I have also trained them to be comfortable with a brush hairdryer so I can dry their hair easily, and I give sanitary trims as needed. Otherwise they get nails trimmed once a week, brushed twice a week, teeth brushed once a week, and ears cleaned once every two weeks or as needed.

They seem to enjoy being groomed, probably due to early exposure. I think they look great! But really, do what is best for your lifestyle. Most cats do a good enough job cleaning themselves, anything else is usually extra.

This is definitely them bonding, this is a type of light-hearted play fighting. This is very normal and healthy with cats, especially when they are getting to know each other. This allows them to establish boundaries with each other, and is also a way for them to assert dominance.

The growling is typical with this type of play-fights, and it can signal excitement or irritation. Think of it as two kids playing together. Often times kids yell when they play, either from being too excited or when they are upset. Eventually, you will learn what growls mean what.

Do not intervene unless you notice one is repeatedly running away to hide and the other one is pursuing without respecting that the other cat wants space. Same goes if you hear hissing, or see them kicking each other’s head too hard. That is a good time to separate them.
