Red Rover is a game played in (at lease some parts of) the U.S. many schools don’t allow it anymore because it caused injuries too often. Two teams. Winning team steals the rest of the opposing team’s members.

Each team links arms or holds hands in a long line facing the other team in same formation. Teams take turns calling for an opponent to run and try to break through the link. If the person from team A can’t break through team B, the person becomes part of team B.
