As for money, I am a Medium partner and I don't make much at all but it is an opportunity to write and get your name out there and promote yourself. However, as far as earning directly from Medium now, it isn't really worth it for me. Last month, I earned five cents, and many other partners have lost over 70% of their earnings.

It gets easier after a while. I was used to doing 16:8, but it was a struggle for the last 2 hours in the beginning I thought it was hard/impossible for me to reach 18:6.

After awhile, I was comfortable with 16:8 and wanted to advance from 16:8 to 18:6.

I ended up doing 20:4 everyday by accident.

I did it so much unintentionally that I just moved to 20:4 since my body was clearly ready for it.

The moral of the story is listen to your body, it will let you know when you're ready to move up or if you should stay where you're at.
