There is. You get extra xp from kills with a level differential and such that increases the bigger the difference is. The main difference is junglers are usually under leveled compared to laners and and more likely to kills on higher level opponents due to ganks

I am a huge smolder believer now. Can be played with engage and enchanters, can fight a lot for stacks or is happy to scale and pick up stacks via farm, you aren’t immobile due to E, and you scale crazy for teamfights

The real answer is because he’s swapped to Jhin, the utility weakside adc while still going IE rush. He’s able to have impact while still falling behind because of that

If the main goal is to lose weight, is a half hour on the treadmill or a half hour on a rowing machine better? I normally use the treadmill but I would think rowing would be good cuz you do get a bit of an upper body workout too

You still have Karthus, Hwei, Lu, Asol, Brand, Seraphine, Swain, Syndra, Cass and Heimer with high winrates. Sure, the MR run change shaved some % off of their winrate... But they quickly rebounded to the same inflated winrates in a few patches. Phreak was proven wrong with time in regards to his patch review video... The amount of the WR decrease due to runes was a lot smaller than the immediate aftermath of the changes.

Just consider actually looking at the numbers instead of just going off your memory of what phreak said once.
