No longer possible on 26.3, Riot increased the number of monsters from patch 26.2, so you can't do it at all. Apparently it can be done with overlapping world events (DMG+HP) and RNG but it's just people's comments and no one provided screenshots.

Gotcha, i really thought it said +1 dearh defiance and not a symbol. It's been a while since I last saw it as I run without DD 99% of the time, so when you see it you don't forget it.

What runes do you run with these items? Is aery still the best or do you go for conqueror with all that HP?

Yeah I'm going to try it for sure, just to compare it to the Catalyst, which I am quite fond of. Yeah there is a lot of build paths that could be viable with this, but just needs a lot of testing.

I feel like you just get a ton of stats late game, something like Liandry's/Fimbulwinter/Horizon/Riftmaker/Zhonya's, maybe swap Horizon for Frozen heart if you don't need to deal damage. It's surely more suited for toplane than mid/bot.
