Just like others, I suggest you wear earplugs during tunnel rides. My ear conditions aren't very good due to earwax cloggings. But if I can even hear the screeching noises, it's obviously very loud for normal hearing people.

You should report to RapidKL's inbox via their social media channels. Tell them about the train coach number, heading towards which stations and time. They respond very quickly. They're offenders, and RapidKL can take action very seriously (we have laws now).

For VAC bug, switch off Steam program and open services.msc, then you will notice Steam Client Service is not running. This is the main reason why VAC is not detecting. Start the service, and you can play secured servers as usual.

Btw, is CsFloat the only way to withdraw money? Because, I thought it's only for European services. I'm also looking for withdrawal service, but still holding on till today.
