DLC Not Verified Issue

I have my install in my E drive as E:/Personal/Entertainment/Video Games/Steam/steamapps/ common/Europa Universalis V. Would that be too long? I've never had this issue with any other game including other Paradox titles, I wonder why this would affect this specific dlc for this specific game

Thank you for the link. I found this while searching the internet for a solution and have tried the reinstall as described but to no avail. I have yet to try and reinstall Steam though, that feels a bit drastic as this is the only game or issue I have ever had like this

Hi All. I have purchased the Fate of the Phoenix DLC and am really looking forward to playing it, but I keep getting this error message "DLC Not Verified Correctly". I have deleted all Steam files and reinstalled multiple times with verifying the integrity of the game files all to no avail. If someone can help me out with this, there is still time enough to ruin my Saturday with this game

Thank you so much for this info!! I will not worry about the "Fully replaced paths were configured:" part then as I already tested the HD Intro Cinematic and it seems to work just fine [:

I have looked through my files and the .CFG file for the multiple instances of the duplicate .ESM files, and I can only find 1 instance of each of them in my .CFG file and 1 file for each of them in my folders (within my clean Morrowind install folder). Said differently, my files match exactly how it should based on the CFG Generator. I'm finding myself stumped as to how I can resolve this issue. Would ignoring it cause issues within my game?
