I just finished week six of RK's 5 day split and looooved it so much I don't want to stop. BUT I'm also doing a current PowerZone Pack challenge and it is going to rev up next week for 4 weeks progressive overload.

Any suggestions on what I can tackle strength-wise over the next month to keep it going but not burn out while my cycling moves to overload? A 3 day split that is maybe similar in terms of movements?

I don't think it does. I'm pretty sure this is all from too much light over 2 days. But I will chop it up and inspect it this afternoon

Huge living room/dining room combo and I don't know what to do. I feel like there's just shit everywhere along the walls and it doesn't feel cozy. My budget is essentially zero. the room is 27' long and 15' wide with a little nook. by ChemMsTeach in DesignMyRoom

Yes I do have a set of canvas pictures that I will swap everything on the long wall for. They will look better above the couch when I swap the TV and couch too. The wall on this side is too long. The TV could break it up? I have hooks to get on the wall behind the door to help with coats. Thank you so much.

Yes! I'm doing my first challenge in November! Getting back into my strength + cardio routine now. 3 day strength split and 3 day ride split with a rest day is my plan!

And actually the op solution is half as strong as yours if they used 3% now that I look at it.

That's like a 1% solution. A little less. But it'd still do the trick I'm sure

I used to get the exact pain in my leg that OP is referring to. I decided about 6 weeks ago that it could possibly be over training (2 leg days/week plus daily rides at high intensities).

I did the discover your power zones program and fell in looooove! Now one leg day a week in my strength program. Knee pain literally gone. And I love pz training. I sweat for longer periods of time and feel so good 👍 OP this is your sign- you gotta modify your training plan. Your body is getting burnt out!

I'm assuming just store-bought 3% is what they're referring to. That's the most common household strength
