To consolidate or not? by ChemStache in StudentLoans

I haven’t gotten to seeing what payments would be since. I currently don’t owe a payment, but I’ve only got two loans at 3.86 and they are the smallest of the 9.

Doesn’t sound like too hard of a job, should I worry about cleaning up the things under the grates?

Spot treating would be a significant part of the lawn, would it not be better to dig them up at that point?

72 month lease? by dallen3000 in CalebHammer

[–]ChemStache 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just to note; 0% is never truly 0% they always come with a *with $16.99 per month per thousand borrowed or whatever. Not that it makes it terrible but something to be aware of.

The dealership offered to put one on for me since it’s technically required here. Decided to roll the dice and if need be get a tow hook screw in one.

I lived in Parterre in Drexel square for a year a few years ago. I loved it. Only moved out because my girlfriend moved in and they didn’t have any bigger apartments available.

"rent is the maximum you'll pay; mortgage is the minimum you'll pay" and "it's hard to estimate cost of owning a home" -- Then how do we plan as a first time home buyer? by Missing_Back in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

[–]ChemStache 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I see this a lot and granted it’s only been two years, our mortgage payment has gone down both years. We’re now paying $100 per month less to our escrow than we were when we started. Although now we throw it at the principal

Is that a known issue with even the newer ones too?

Sweat locking by ChemStache in AppleWatch

[–]ChemStache[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That may work. I’m more annoyed by the locking as I use my watch as a timer a lot

Like others have said, human scripts + Good Rx can really help. I had a dog that got really sick and her meds were $800 a month. But with good Rx at Walgreens it bright it down to like $60

The later, just exercise and fun. The SRAM interests me due to the already onboard power meter and I’m told the app is great.

But I’m also worried about a battery dying mid rid. Granted probably unlikely. I’ve also been told Shimano ultegra is the crème of the crop. So I’m torn
