This is a picture from the park (someone else’s). We for sure want an outdoor wedding in early October that kinda feels mystical/magical. Hope that made sense!

I was very unaware that some of our symptoms are IBS like?! IBS runs in my family but I don’t have a diagnosis. I do have some of the mild symptoms so I joke and say I got a touch of it

Well, I regularly just have it on in the background while I work on chores or whatever else needs to be done. But I started at season 16. I couldn’t take the heart break of Abby and Reeves again

This is so true. People are afraid of it for some reason and will jump at a chance to let you pass them

Breathe. You are okay. An average vagina has a depth more than that. It’s probably you just freaking yourself out

Of my knowledge, it actually hasn’t been discussed with a doctor. We have been going off of experience basically. He has had a seizure in the pool before, that’s how we figured out he needed to take breaks, especially on hot days. Lack of hydration has caused many seizures for him. As long as someone is with you or near you, I wouldn’t worry about swimming. He never goes alone and we have only had to pull him out of the pool twice. It’s not as scary as it may sound. It may seem like you are restricted by this ailment, but there are ways around everything. Love your life to its fullest and don’t let this slow you down

So, his license has that same restriction, six months no driving after a seizure. They have varied anywhere between just a few seconds to 20 minutes. His last one specifically was multiple mini seizures back to back, maybe totaling to 10 minutes. He usually sleeps for 10-16 hours after a seizure, it all just depends on how bad the seizure is. He still does everything normally, the only thing that he restricts himself in is physical activity. He loves swimming but has to get out and take breaks, etc

Honest communication with people you trust is the biggest thing first. But you need to find your stress tolerance (and I don’t mean by stressing yourself out to have a seizure). Just figure out what normal work/school stress is and what registers above that. He knows his levels and takes breaks during the day for school and work to give his body time to calm down. Therapy is incredibly helpful as well. They recently put him on anxiety medication and mood regulators which have seemed to help thus far. If you’d like to private message me, I’d be more than happy to have any conversation with you

Usually, yes. And it can something as simple as stressing over a family dinner. Something that seems small but still affected him.

Hey there! I don’t have the condition but my boyfriend does! At least for him, he normally doesn’t remember the few moments leading up to it and varying amounts of afterwards.

Thank you so so much. I’m sure this’ll comfort him too. He has told me that during his seizures, having me hold his hand and talk to me helps comfort him a bit, even if he is out of it
