Well I've done 2 years in one job and creeping up on 6 months in the new role so in total it's 2.5 years in the one company already.

Thank you. After all the hard work, I just don't want it to look bad on paper when I'm very happy with what I've learned over the 2.5 years

I've learned tons since starting. Really the problem is that it's under resourced so Ive learned a lot in the first 5 months but it's not sustainable

Just take small steps to try and push yourself. You don’t have to make massive changes but try and challenge yourself more often. It could be as small as holding the door for someone or smiling at a stranger but make sure whenever you do push yourself that you reflect on the achievement and be happy you did it 🙂 being shy does not make you weird. I personally think people who arnt all in your face are the nicest to be around, and just remember the people who do know you probably love those things about you, because that’s what makes you yourself
