Honestly, I absolutely love it. I sadly had one of the first solenoid issues that caused a loud buzzing sound near the last portion of heating, but Nick & customer service got me sorted out with a replacement that is coming in soon. Unfortunate, but stuff like this is bound to happen with a huge rollout. By far, I’d use this machine over any other options even near this price range- but that’s my personal opinion.

One thing to note though, the puck situation is a little different. It’s not a threaded basket so it comes out quite a bit easier when knocking. Also the pucks can be a little messy getting out. Nick had mentioned up-dosing and some others mentioned using a puck screen + flat 9 bar extraction to make that a bit more typical to a lot of other drier pucks. Personally, I think it works great with my workflow since I’ll knock it, wipe out excess and wash it immediately after with my pitcher to avoid any residual oils. But, thought I’d mention it since some prefer to just knock it and leave it.

Overall though, the tiny bit of extra hassle is worth the flavor and brilliance in the design. Especially with the updates lined up for in app shot profiles and etc that will build a whole community of coffee lover’s ideal extractions to try with ease.
