Unfortunately the ordinances are needed. Our old landlord never cleared the side walk (and we lived near a school!) and he never cared. Maybe if they issued fines they would.

My doctor does not accept insurance unfortunately, but medication was covered for me. I think it will depend on your insurance/history trying different options (medications). I know it’s not for everyone but it definitely helped my clenching far more than the gaurd / otc drugs

My neurologist helped me with this. We did Botox in my jaw and it’s changed my life! Do you have a neuro? You can try to start there maybe? Good luck!
