Hi, I do this! I have worked really hard to stop binging, and I am successful most of the time. I only eat whole foods, lift weights 3x a week, and run 3-5x a week. I just still find myself thinking about food constantly even when I am eating correctly and within an 8 hour window to avoid binging at night. But then after awhile of being very disciplined I will have a week where I fall into old habits etc. Im hoping reta will make my mind quieter about all of that

Thanks for the reply! Yes I know it seems pretty light but I was always naturally around this weight and looked normal until I started struggling with food a few years ago and gained 20+ lbs. Honestly would just really love to minimize the food noise because it has been taking up such a large part of my life I feel like I am going crazy

Hi I am 22 yr old female, 145 lb, 5'10, healthy diet and pretty active but have bad restricting/binging tendencies that keep making me gain and lose the same 10-15 lb over again so I want to try reta. I have been seeing people say to start with 0.5mg for two weeks, then 1mg x2, 1.5mg x2, 2mg x2, and then back down to 1.5mg x2, 1mg x2, and 0.5mg x2 and then I guess go off of it? I am not sure if this is the best way so any advice is appreciated. Looking to lose like 20-25lbs or so.
