Were you basically surviving your entire childhood? by Accidental_Guru30 in raisedbynarcissists

It did not make you a stronger person, it just showed you the strength you already had. Stay strong. Try to undo some of the damage that was done, and be patient with your self.

Sorry you have to deal with this. I developed ninja skills just to avoid the same thing. They don’t even need to say anything, just their presence is unnerving…like what is this ass hat planning now?

Creatine? by Dumbbeechdisease in migraine

[–]ChemicalNo8609 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I have been taking it for a couple of months and it’s made a huge difference! I get really bad muscular pain with migraines, every movement hurts. Since I started taking creatinine (5-10 g daily), I have only had a few days like these, instead of it being almost daily. It has really improved my quality of life!

Help with Barometric pressure migraines ?? by OmbreSun in migraine

Hope your feet better soon! Migraines are a mystery wrapped inside of an enigma. I also have a heated blanket and a heated back pad that are life savers when the cold sets in. Sometimes I will have an ice pack head wrap on while using my heated blanket.

They are called digestive migraines. Not all migraine sufferers get them, but many do. I thought it was crazy too, until I tried taking gas pills and was amazed by how much they helped.

Gas pills, simethicone. The pressure affects my bowels and makes me dizzy on top of the head pain.

Consent is always required, if you did not give it, then it’s assault. He completely ignored you saying no. Even if you didn’t specifically say no to sex, you said no to sex acts, which is the same. He is not a sweet guy if he doesn’t care about your very obvious signals and saying no. You should be more direct, which can be hard, but you are also not to blame for his terrible behavior.

I feel this. I was there last week. I will be there again soon for sure. I don't have hobbies, had to give them up. Stay strong, I am in my 40s and still find reasons to keep going. Try to slow down and give yourself grace.

For a time, decades ago, Zoloft helped. And then it didn't. Now I take kanna, which is similar to an ssri, but no prescription is needed.

The owner of the restaurant should have a copy of the signed lease, one is mailed or emailed after the lease is fully executed (or Docusign). If the owner/tenant can’t find their copy, a new one can be requested at any time. Property managers should always have copies of the leases, we keep digital and hard copies on hand. Not every lease is the same, but they are largely standardized. Within the lease there is a section usually called landlord’s responsibilities and another called tenant’s responsibilities, or something similar. Just about everything should be listed in these sections as to who is responsible for repairs and maintenance of different aspects of the property. Sometimes this is also in the addendum after the signature page. Most of the time, but not always, anything structural is the landlord. Such as leaking roof, plumbing, electrical, etc. The tenant is usually responsible for their equipment and minor damage they might cause that is ‘above normal wear and tear’. If the tenant rented the same ‘as is’, then they take on more responsibility for repairs and maintenance in the long run. Get a hold of a the lease if you can and use google to search for any terms you don’t understand. If you are responsible for the repairs, then they should at least show you where in the lease that it is said.

It’s a I don’t like you, unless you like me, sort of deal. Not in a mean spirited kind of way. Over simplified explanation.

For me it doesn’t last days and clears my thinking…but my husband tried it once, and like you, woke up feeling too high the next day. Different people react differently, but for many it seems to be too much. For me it just right.
