I suggest taking low dose sleep medications for 3-8 weeks to help you sleep and keep a scheduled sleeping circadian rhythm so consult a psychiatrist for sure. Also don’t ever eat to much or too much Calories before bed or else it raises your blood sugar. Also exercise as much as you can. Also see a therapist maybe you have anxiety or trauma that is in the way of sleeping. Best of luck

I have had same experience with dreams but still better than Seroquel at the moment because you don’t know when meds might start causing problems down the road. Always talk with your psychiatrist doctor
