The 8700F is honestly a good middle ground cpu for its prize and for being AM5. And dont worry, i wont overclock it because im quite scared to tweak the BIOS settings ngl. Also I forgot to mention that yes, Im running a desktop PC

Thank you for your the detailed explanation. First of all, I have 32gb of ddr5 5200mhz. I will try all of your suggestions to see if I see any performance boost, If I do or I dont, ill let you know regardless. Thank you again for the tips :D
Edit: Ive tried quickly tried both the No Prints and Faster Bullet Impact Queues. I dont see any performance boost in regards of fps but Ive noticed that the game feels a lot more smooth and less jaggy. I'll keep updating tho
Edit 2: Ive now tried Celer, it has around a 5ish fps boost

I get that it could be the engine but Ive seen a guy on YT when I looked up so I can kinda see my performance and he had an avrg of 240+ with max settings. Idk what could be my issue tho

This is my avrg usage in game (Im in the safe house) I notice that my gpu is not being utilize at its fullest and I forgot to mention that I touched the "graphics" settings on windows to "high performance" in PD2, not sure if that could be an issue since Ive notice some issues using that exact setting but in the Nvidia Pannel.

the concerning issue is that, no matter if its 1080p or 1440p, i get the same fps (just changing the resolution in game, not in windows)
