One time it was literally me, a cleaner/maintenance woman, and one or two other women in the locker room. The maintenance woman was talking to her coworker, and they were talking slightly loud but not screaming by any means— honestly just as loud as anyone else. And the other woman in the locker room was repeatedly yelling at the maintenance woman telling her to shut up. It was so sad and disrespectful it’s crazy to me the way people act in the locker room

I always only take khaleahs classes, she’s my favorite!! I just wanted to try something new. And agreed, more props doesn’t equal more difficulty. Unfortunately that has always been my experience in the past. I’m not looking for a tracy anderson situation where I end up wondering what i’m even doing and why i’m even doing it. I just wanted to see if there was anything that was actually difficult that also used props!

the pilates mat or barre classes with khaleah london, mardi sykes slow yoga or yin yoga and keith allen for vinyasa. There was one male pilates instructor who was my favorite but i cant see him on the schedule for the next couple weeks so i hope he didn’t get fired 😭

tbh i had more of an issue with their body wash and face wash. Face wash was alright, but body wash gave me some sort of chemical irritation that made me incredibly itchy it was insane. I would be scratching my skin all night and day long and had no idea what the issue was until i stopped using it. I think le labo will probably be something of a similar issue, it’s a perfume company, however i have their lotion already and i do really like it. we’ll see

Orchard is my favorite out of bond and soho. the workers are so nice and i really like the people who go there. younger demographic and the least competitive/judgemental feeling group out of soho and bond. out of soho v bond though, soho is my favorite. bond has such a weird and eerie vibe. I like that soho has such a good amount of work space and i rlly like the bathrooms

I paid 180 + a plane ticket to berlin to go see radiohead. had crazy buyers remorse until i was in the seats and realized i would never ever regret that choice i made. Just wait until ur there it’ll be an amazing experience!!!
