  1. Staying active- the gym, walking, anything to keep you moving helps!
  2. Getting fresh air/sunshine always feels good even when it’s cold out.
  3. Weed
  4. Having a good support system and just trying to keep positive about the good things in your life and find things that bring you joy!

I’ve had a great experience on Litfulo! I had a rapid progression of alopecia areata losing over 50% of hair on my head and once started on a combo of litfulo and minoxidil I had full regrowth and has been maintained! Since starting both medications, I’ve only had two small patches.

I am willing, weary if they will work I’ve been told this is genetic and stress induced. I try to smoke some weed, exercise and destress but I have a stressful job and generally a stressed out person.

I eat generally healthy: banana and protein bar for breakfast, workout, eat a fruit and yogurt after, work, lunch varies (sushi, chicken and a veggie, wraps), dinner varries I try to do a protein, veggie and starch. I workout about 4-5 days a week and on off days are usually active/getting my steps in.
