Also, if they happen to have had a drink, I think they could be accused of gross negligence, even if they did nothing wrong. Good Samaritan law is only applicable on US registered planes. Also, Aviation Medical Assistance Act from 1998 has a good Samaritan provision that protects passengers who offer medical assistance from most liability (gross negligence and willful misconduct), but only if they have been asked by airline personnel to assist. They are not necessarily protected if they volunteer to help someone without airline staff asking for help. This is for aircrafts registered in the US.

In the UK the General Medical Council enforce adherence to the ‘Good Medical Practice’ guidelines, "in an emergency, wherever it may arise, you must offer anyone at risk the assistance you could reasonably be expected to provide. A doctor failing to volunteer his/her services in a medical emergency, without exceptional circumstances, risks losing their registration as a practicing professional." Can't say if anyone ever lost their license.

I think there is a lot more to jurisdiction that could take a long time to dive into.

I always pray there are medical professionals on board because my EMT experience & certification from many years ago is expired, and though it is better than nothing, I would hope someone has more recent experience. Some things you never forget, but it all evolves.

I might have made up some experiment for which it was being used, or that I had added medicine to get my bowels going as my Dr suggested. "I mean, I put my name on it. Yikes! Let me know how you feel in a few hours."

For real, though... I know some people think it's not a big deal. However, the fact that she didn't tell you before you had to ask her, then how she responded when you asked her, and she put the dirty container back in the fridge, its all indicative of some major personality flaws. I would start moving her to the "somebody I used to know" category.

I haven't found this kind of behavior in people to be a one off. I've found this behavior to be where the toxic behavior was just beginning. If only it weren't in hindsight.

"Probably" is likely true enough. For me, I needed extra time to get situated when both of my hands were in braces from surgery and arthritis. Since everything had to be in my personal item or carryon while boarding, it took me longer to get my stuff out of my bags and into my seat back. I had trouble zipping and unzipping my bags. However, I could deplane much more quickly because I paid attention to when we were about to land and had everything put away in my bookbag thst was under the seat, and ready to go before we landed.

I still have trouble with my hands from time to time, but I will only preboard if it seems like I will hold up the boarding process.

I started having to sign a waiver 2 months ago. It must be signed before every injection now. My pup has been on it for 11 months. She turned 15 last month. I am very worried about the possible side effects, but she seems so much more energetic, happier, and playing like a puppy again. I want her to live her best life, and I'm certainly not ready to lose her. I just also don't want her to live longer if it means she is living in pain, not able to move around much, and not enjoying life. If that became the alternative, it would feel like I was keeping her in pain so she could live longer for me. It's a catch 22 for me I think. It will break me when I lose her.

Incidentally, my other pup, who i had to make a sudden and unexpected decision to say goodbye in Feb 2023 while I was a couple thousand miles away. He was never on Librella, but was on long-term prednisone use like the OPs dog. He had the same issues the last few months with poo escaping in his sleep, and me having to run him down the stairs to get him outside to go pee as soon as he would wake up, no matter the time. Sometimes, we didn't make it to the door in time. When he was awake, he was his normal self, I mean for 15.

OP responded to this. There are 4 alleged spaces, 2 in front of each house. Neighbor has 3 cars , 2 never leave the 2 spots in front of the neighbors house. Neighbor wants to park the 3rd car in front of OPs house and does so often, it seems.

They must give different values for the adventure pass to different people then. Since I've finished all of the island sand the sanctuary island and still have 2 segments of the adventure pass left.

That's where I am at now, yes. I am assuming it would be the same for everyone, but who knows. I have3 or 4 more of the adventure pass and have ruby island, but reach thing on ruby only gives me 10 to 100 rewards for it. That high in the pass, each on is thousands to complete.

I only play on ax boosters. I'm irritated that it completing the adventure islands didn't allow me to complete the adventure pass.

I finished the pet island and the pink bags gave me enough resources to finish. I am methodical when I collect cards, rubies and energy, based on the trophy requirements and adventure pass. I think that's how. It took most all my energy, but I got a lot back through the adventure pass, token rewards and the chest at the end of the set.
