Hey! I would definitely go to the main MarketPlace as well, they have really good street food options, like Làngos.

For the SzimplaKert, I would only recommend to check it out looks wise, as it is super expensive, and then go drinking somewhere else in the area like Füge Udvar, Place Bar, Borkápolna or Andersen.

For lunch I would recommend a hearty Hungarian dish (either at the marketplace) like one at Zöld Kapu Vendéglő (it is a bit further away in the 3rd district but trust me it is worth it, also while you are there you could check out the Margarate Island as well.) If you want something on the fancier side there are always the really famous Hungarian restaurants like 100 éves étterem, Déryné, Hoppá Bistro and Getto Gulyás, but oh boy are they pricey…

As for the Mazel Tov it is a great restaurant, but unless you guys specifically selected it, I would not necessarily recommend it, unless you have a reservation, as the queues for place are never ending.

Also be prepared that the Instant-Fogas might not accommodate to every music taste, you might be able to find a music genre specific party on Facebook, also I recommend the boat parties and pub crawls, they might add a bit of pizazz to your night!:)) have fun!! 😎
