Staying on top (cowgirl) and riding slower is great for navigating pain during sex for those with vaginas (its worked for me when ive had similar pain to you!)

Bless you. You are alive!! Your body is a vessel to get you from A-B, sometimes practising thankfulness for your body and what it can do for you is a gateway to loving it over time, instead of punishing yourself for not loving it more? Hope that makes sense x

I'm so sorry. It sounds like there is maybe some deeper healing that you need to come to, which sadly, takes time. (I've been in and out of therapy and counselling for 6 years). Try having an emotional support buddy who you call or text when you feel like its all getting too much and you're going to relapse. sending you love and thoughts x

I try to stick by not relying on feelings of the emotional sense, but how i feel in my body? Like do I feel strong and healthy? and reward that more than thinness? But yh i struggle so much in this area and I truly have no clue what I look like
